Pricing & Insurance

How Much Does it Cost?
​Our prices are dependent on the therapist you choose. A therapist's price is based upon their: level of education, type of license, and years of experience.  We offer a sliding scale where the price is based upon your monthly household net income so it can be more affordable.
How Do I Make Payment?
We accept cash, check or card. To pay with a debit or credit card, you can pay online on our website. Payment is due at the time of service. Each session is 45-50 minutes long.
Can I Use My Insurance?
TPC does not directly bill insurance. However, your health insurance may be able to provide you reimbursement for your counseling with TPC. Your therapist will give you a Superbill and you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Can I Use My Flex/HSA/MSA Card?
YES! If you would like to use one of these cards, please inform your therapist and they will let you know how to use that card. Those cards must be ran through our front office, they cannot be ran online.
